Qualified from King's College London and underwent training in the East of England Deanery.

Completed a postgraduate qualification in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Wales in Cardiff. He is now a Member of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine.

Became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, then went on to a fellowship at The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

He has further enhanced his training with qualifications in strength and conditioning, placing him in the ideal position to treat conditions starting at prehabilitation and prevention, through surgery and into rehabilitation.
Based around Ipswich and Colchester, he specialises in the treatment of problems around the shoulder and elbow.
